During our normal business hours there is always a technical group available for support over the phone.You will typically speak with one of the product designers, or your call will be directed to one of the qualified technicians that build and test the equipment. Please do not hesitate to call. At the current time, there is no charge for over the phone technical advice.

BEFORE SHIPPING EQUIPMENT TO REI, a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA#) is required.
