All courses are designed to be hands-on, using state of the art TSCM equipment. Training classes are held at our facility in Tennessee, but on-site training is also available for customers who cannot travel to Tennessee.
The courses currently offered provide training on REI equipment as well as general sweep procedures. The TSE 101 course is a four-day training course that is offered monthly, which focuses on REI equipment such as the ORION and OSCOR. The TSCM 201 course is five-day training session which focuses on procedures and techniques to conduct a thorough technical investigation.
Classes at REI facility in Tennessee are held in our unique training room. This classroom has six project rooms that allow trainers to simulate a suspect environment. Students use these project rooms to exercise their knowledge of the detection equipment.
The REI training room contains many examples of suspect surveillance devices which are used for training exercises. Some of these suspect electronic devices include examples of RF transmitters with analog and digital modulation techniques, hidden surveillance cameras, tapped telephone and LAN lines, Infrared devices, Carrier current devices. The training facility also includes a high-end signal generator to simulate various types of modulation techniques.
REI has 5 full-time, highly qualified instructors with a total of more than 50 years experience in the surveillance field as Counterintelligence Special Agents for the US Army. Please take a look at the instructor Biographies and some of the classroom Photos.
