OSCOR Blue Course
Title: OBC 120
Prerequisite: TSE 101
Description:
This three (3) day course is designed to familiarize the students with the operation and functions of the OSCOR-Blue. All functions will be covered and exercised accordingly. Exercises will be conducted on each function as it is covered. At the end of the course there will be a comprehensive exercise designed to re-enforce the function, operation and deployment of the OSCOR-Blue. Students must have attended at least the TSE-101 prior to attending this course. For students with a strong background with spectrum analyzers and TSCM investigations who have not attended the prerequisite course it will be on a case by case basis if they may attend this course.
The OSCOR Blue is a United States Munitions Listed ("USML") product and under section 120.10(a) (4) of the International Traffic in Arms Regulations ("ITAR"); operational training materials for USML products are considered technical data, which are treated like the products themselves. Proof of citizenship and applicable export license is required.
